INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
IIndividual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing (Zoom) are available for ages 16 and up. Clients must reside in Iowa, Illinois, or Pennsylvania due to licensing restrictions. The following insurance plans: are accepted:

Fees as of 7/1/2026 (Sliding fee scale available for clients without insurance - please inquire!):
30-minute session: $90
45-minute session: $125
55-minute session: $185
Initial session: $190
Family & Friend Therapy
Family therapy can be a powerful tool to strengthen and repair some of your most valued relationships. I also welcome those looking to strengthen or heal friendships; however, insurance can only be utilized with families. Family sessions are only offered in 55-minute increments.
The fee for family therapy sessions is $165.
