INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Thirty and fifty-five minute individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing are available for ages 18 and up. I'm not currently accepting clients under 18. Initial sessions are scheduled for fifty-five minutes. I am now accepting the following insurance plans: Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield

FAMILY THERAPY
Family therapy can be a powerful tool to strengthen and repair some of your most valued relationships. I also welcome those looking to strengthen or heal friendships; however, insurance can only be utilized with families. Family sessions are only offered in 55-minute increments.
The fee for family therapy sessions is $155.
