HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

Please contact me via email/message. I will reach out to set up a phone consultation. If you decide to schedule an appointment, you will receive an email containing a link to my client portal to complete the necessary paperwork prior to your first session. Please note, I currently have a 2-3 month wait list. My earliest appointment is at 8 AM CST and my latest appointment time is at 3 PM CST.

WILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER THERAPY?

At this time, I am accepting Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Amerigroup, and Iowa Total Care. Please contact your insurance company to check your benefits.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE A DIAGNOSIS TO PARTICIPATE IN THERAPY?

A diagnosis is required if you plan to utilize insurance benefits.

DO YOU OFFER IN-PERSON SESSIONS?

I am currently only able to provide sessions via telehealth.

DO YOU SEE CHILDREN & ADOLESCENTS?

I currently only see individuals 18+,
